Social Impact.
Social Capital Partners fosters the growth of local communities through the design and implementation of our schemes.
We will provide permanent affordable housing that meets the needs of those most disadvantaged within our communities. We will also provide specialist housing for keyworkers, care-leavers and homeless families.
